Manufacturing Capabilities
PP/PE tape extrusion - the foundation of our woven fabric production. Raw polypropylene and polyethylene resin pellets are extruded into flat tapes.
Circular and flat loom weaving of extruded tapes into high-strength fabric. Various weave densities (standard, 10x5) for different performance requirements.
Spunbond-spunbond-spunbond production line for non-woven fabric used in house wrap, underlayment, and specialty backing layers.
Multi-layer lamination production line. Applies UV stabilizers, waterproof coatings, breathable membranes, and anti-slip treatments to base fabrics.
Microporous film production for house wrap products. Engineers selective permeability - blocking bulk water while allowing vapor transmission.
Custom logo and brand graphics printing on finished rolls. High dyne treated surface ensures durable UV ink adhesion for long-lasting appearance.
